NFC Card is dedicated to respecting human rights, complying with laws, prohibiting bribery, and maintaining confidentiality. We ensure honest and fair interactions and promote a safe, healthy, and discrimination-free workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and agents in their work with NFC Card.

NFC Card adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. Where this Code of Conduct sets a higher standard, we commit to those standards.

Ethical Behavior

We prioritize doing the right thing over taking shortcuts. Transparency and honesty guide our communications with each other, customers, and vendors. We comply with all anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering laws. Bribery, which involves offering or accepting something of value to improperly influence decisions, is strictly prohibited.

No Discrimination, Abuse, or Harassment

NFC Card treats all workers with respect and dignity.

We treat all workers with respect and dignity, avoiding discrimination based on any characteristic unrelated to job performance. NFC Card does not tolerate any form of abuse or harassment.

Human Slavery, Trafficking and Terrorism

All labor must be voluntary. NFC Card prohibits and does not support slavery, human trafficking, or terrorism. We do not engage in or support any form of compelled labor, including child labor, bonded labor, or prison labor.

No Retaliation

Retaliation against anyone reporting a violation or cooperating in an investigation is prohibited. NFC Card ensures no adverse actions, threats, or intimidation occur in response to good faith reporting.

NFC Card supports a hybrid work environment, prioritizing safety and inclusivity. We comply with health and safety laws, maintaining procedures to prevent workplace hazards. Employees are expected to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.

Confidentiality and Data Privacy

Protecting the privacy and data security of our employees and customers is critically important at NFC Card. All internal and external products, services, and activities are carried out with industry-best privacy and data security practices in mind. Bitizens are encouraged and expected to immediately raise any concerns about a potential violation of this key principle or any suspected security incident to their manager, the General Counsel and/or the Compliance Committee.

Insider Trading

NFC Card prohibits insider trading. We do not buy or sell stocks on the basis of material non-public information, nor do we pass such information to any others, including friends or family. Material nonpublic information is information that has not been released to the public and which a reasonable investor would find useful in determining whether to buy or sell stock.

Reporting

NFC Card has an internal Compliance Committee composed of the General Counsel, Chief People Officer, Chief Diversity Officer and the Chief Financial Officer. All violations or suspected violations of this policy should be promptly reported to the Compliance Committee.
