Acceptable Use Policy

At NFC Card, our mission is to enable connections and empower people, brands, and businesses of all sizes to engage with their customers on a large scale. While we uphold the right to free expression, we are equally committed to maintaining the trust and safety of our platform and community.

Using NFC Card Services to distribute harmful, false, or misleading content, or to manipulate the services for such purposes, is strictly prohibited. Violations of this policy can result in restricted access, removal of content, or suspension and termination of accounts. Such misconduct may also lead to legal actions and penalties.

By using NFC Card Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy, along with NFC Card’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Copyright Policy.

Eligibility

Your use of NFC Card Services must comply with all NFC Card Terms. If your access is suspended or revoked, you are not permitted to re-access the services until notified by us. Any attempts to circumvent restrictions, such as creating new accounts, will result in permanent disabling and future enforcement actions.

Prohibited Content

You are not allowed to use NFC Card Services to distribute or promote:

  • Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, gender, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex or gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
  • Content exploiting children.
  • Misinformation, especially medical or civic.
  • Content promoting violence or graphic imagery.
  • Sexually explicit or intimate content shared without consent.
  • Content glamorizing or promoting self-harm or endangering safety.
  • Content promoting terrorism.
  • Any illegal content.
Prohibited Behavior

Engaging in the following behaviors using NFC Card Services is prohibited:

  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other disruptive software.
  • Engaging in phishing, spoofing, hacking, or other fraudulent activities.
  • Sending bulk commercial emails or spam.
  • Circumventing NFC Card’s systems to avoid detection of abuse.
  • Using redirect services to cloak destination URLs.
  • Threatening violence or harm.
  • Bullying, harassing, or coordinating attacks (brigading).
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliations.
  • Facilitating illegal activities, such as the sale of prohibited goods/services.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Reporting and Enforcement

We encourage reporting any suspected misuse or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. We thoroughly investigate reports and take appropriate actions, including terminating accounts. If you believe your activity was wrongly flagged as misconduct, you can appeal, and we will review your case.

Compliance and User Experience

NFC Card is dedicated to protecting user experience. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or remove content, to safeguard our community, even if the behavior isn’t explicitly outlined in this policy. This Acceptable Use Policy is not exhaustive; NFC Card may restrict or block content based on its impact on user experience or safety.
